1. Who is responsible

Nexio (“we”) provides a restaurant operating platform: public website, restaurant dashboard, service app and related tools (menu, reservations, voice assistant, etc.).

2. Data we collect

• Identity: name, Google profile photo if provided
• Contact: email, phone number
• Google sign-in data: account id, email, display name
• Restaurant data: menu, bookings, orders, venue settings
• Technical data: IP address, browser, auth logs

3. Google sign-in (restaurant dashboard)

When you use “Continue with Google” to open the Nexio dashboard, Google authenticates your account. We only receive what is needed to create or reopen your restaurant workspace: email, name, Google user id and optionally your profile photo.

We do not read your Gmail, Drive or contacts. Sign-in is only used to identify you securely on Nexio. Authentication is provided by Firebase / Google Cloud.

4. Purposes

We use data to run your dashboard account, provide restaurant tools, support, billing and security. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and rights

Account data is kept while you use Nexio, then deleted or archived as required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction at leroy8090@gmail.com.
